20 sun-dried tomatoes

10 salted anchovies

1 glass of dry white wine

4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 clove of garlic

dried oregano

 

Leave the tomatoes overnight to soak in wine.

Clean the anchovies.

Season the tomatoes with a mixture of garlic, oregano and olive oil.

Add the anchovies.

It goes to the Tuscan country bread.

It can be kept in a terracotta bowl in the refrigerator for a few days, but it usually disappears quickly!

Simple, yet so tasty!
